The Adult Training and Development Network (ATDN) and the CT State Department of Education have joined together to provide an excellent opportunity for participants to hear from a wide representation of experts and professionals, along with family and friends of individuals with disabilities, to discuss current strategies and knowledge on the broad spectrum of disabilities.

This coffee talk will showcase a parent discussing the importance of taking a lifespan approach to supporting independence and individuality in autistic individuals. The latter half of this event will feature an opportunity for participants to join autistic-led breakouts exploring tangible steps we can all take to better elevate the voices of autistic individuals.
