College Steps’ strength is in our team. Peer Mentors are at the core of our model. College Steps has the nation’s largest peer mentor support network designed exclusively to meet the needs of students with cognitive, developmental, or learning disabilities at the college level. In 2017, College Steps provided over 45,000 hours of peer mentoring support. If you are interested in becoming a peer mentor, please apply today.
 

Mentor Application

Thank you for your interest in applying to College Steps as a peer mentor. Peer mentors are critical and highly valued members of the College Steps team. All peer mentors are asked to provide a two semester commitment, be available for at least 5 hours per week commitment, and attend weekly group supervision meetings with the Program Coordinator.
