College Steps Student Enrollment
CONGRATULATIONS AND WELCOME TO COLLEGE STEPS!
To finalize your Student Enrollment with College Steps, we require each student to submit their required onboarding documents.
Please review and submit all requested information by selecting each button below. Program support will begin once all forms are received.
Required for all NEW College Steps students.
Once completed, these forms will remain valid for the duration of the student’s participation in College Steps services.
Updated forms may be requested by the College Steps team as needed or must be resubmitted if there are any changes to the student’s authorizations, permissions, or relevant information.
