5th Annual Transition Expo for Families of Students with Special Needs

Since 2014, approximately one hundred families have attended our 5th Annual Transition Expo.

Additionally, over two dozen city and state agencies have provided resources which help families transition their children to adulthood.

*post-secondary living                    *self-advocacy               *vocational/career goals

While the audience will mainly be families with students who receive IEP or 504 services, all students from Hartford and the surrounding towns are welcome.
