Welcome to College Steps Peer Mentor Training! Each training session will help guide and equip mentors with the necessary skills to become successful. Most training involves group participation; therefore, we ask that you prepare a microphone and quiet workspace to participate effectively.

This is a pre-recorded webinar training for Disability 101: Open and complete the online reflection activity form in order to get credit for this training. https://forms.gle/W1yLHSD2G6kpWsmR7

This training can be completed at your convenience. Once the activity form has been satisfactorily submitted, your training will be marked as complete, and you will be paid for 1 hour of training during the following pay period.

This training will introduce the College Steps model of Peer Mentorship and provide a toolkit for responding to the most common mentoring situations. The discussion will focus on the Mentor Actions & Principles handout mentors received during Orientation. More sign-up information to come.
