Meet Elisabeth, our November 2022 “Mentor of the Month.” Elisabeth has been a College Steps Peer Mentor at NOVA Loudoun since August of 2021. Elisabeth is a reliable, kind, and supportive mentor who builds trusting relationships in which students feel part of a team when attempting and approaching new strategies for success. She brings a joyful attitude to work each day and offers helpful insights with patience, encouragement, as well as enthusiasm! She is a true leader and asset to our College Steps team. Elisabeth is currently pursuing her associate in Education and plans to transfer to George Mason with the goal of becoming an elementary school teacher.
