Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS), the Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board, and the Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS) sponsor Moving on to Life in the Community: A Resource Fair.

This event is designed for students and their families to speak to adult service representatives and gather information about available services and supports.

Agency representatives will be available to share information on adult service agencies, employment and training programs, Medicaid, Social Security, Therapeutic Recreation and The Arc of Northern Virginia. We invite you to send a knowledgeable representative(s) to attend the Resource Fair to present information about your agency and answer a variety of questions from parents and other stakeholders.
