The Transition Fair addresses the needs of students with a broad range of abilities and learning differences, aged 14-22+. Students with disabilities have a variety of learning needs and many have the academic ability to succeed when provided with very simple accommodations that support their learning style. The Fair introduces opportunities and post-high school options for all students with learning differences who want to explore college, employment and support possibilities. The Panel discussion about post-secondary options and supports will be from 5:00-6:00 p.m.
