Project SEARCH and College Steps are coming together to present an information session!

Together we recognize that case managers may currently be working with select transition-age students and their families to identify appropriate placements for the 2021-22 school year.

We invite school district personnel to join us on:

for a panel discussion featuring the Directors of both Project SEARCH and College Steps along with representatives from local school districts who have referred students to these programs in the past.

We will discuss:

• What kinds of students succeed in each of these unique transition programs?

• How can your district collaborate with these programs to pre-screen candidates whose referrals will have the support of the district?

• How do our organizations support students with the transition to adulthood?

• What are the contracting logistics for districts?
