Ayomide Ajibola, a computer science major, joined our Kean campus team in Spring 2023. Despite limited mentoring experience, Ayomide showed great dedication to learning and supporting our program members. Throughout his time with us, Ayomide excelled in individual student support and formed positive relationships, especially with those facing difficulties connecting with others. He also took on leadership roles, effectively facilitating independent living and transition groups. Despite a demanding academic schedule, Ayomide consistently made time for mentoring, even covering shifts when needed. He actively participated in student fundraisers and showcases, displaying his commitment to our community. Ayomide's enthusiasm for mentoring shines through his warm smile, making him a valued member of our College Steps family.
