Meet Felicity, our Peer Mentor of the month for February. Felicity joined College Steps in August 2020 as a peer mentor at NVU - Lyndon. She jumped right in, offering to run art and activity groups, and is a very reliable mentor. Felicity is patient, calm, and also motivated to help students increase their independence and work toward their goals. Felicity generates a lot of enthusiasm for activities and is a consistent source of motivation and encouragement for our students.
