Meet Tommy, our Peer Mentor of the month for March. Tommy is a dedicated and reliable mentor who is always willing to go the extra mile to support students. He encourages them to get involved around campus with things such as using the gym, finding clubs to join, and even introducing students to his own group of friends to get them involved in games that they play together. What makes Tommy's story even better is that he was once a College Steps student himself where he received support from peer mentors and saw what a difference it can make for someone who is new to the college environment. Tommy switched from being a College Steps student to his current role of a peer mentor during the Spring 2020 semester. We are so proud to call him a part of our team at NCC!
