MAEVE’S story

Meet Maeve, a first-year student taking Introduction to Psychology, at Connecticut College. Maeve uses a service dog named Scott. Scott is a handsome two-year-old yellow lab. Maeve has been working with Scott for about a year and it has really helped her in her everyday life. "He's always there for me when I need him." Scott helps ease anxieties and is a great conversation starter when meeting new people. Maeve is working this semester, with her peer mentors, to help raise awareness about service animals on campus.
